Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and local shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to offer assistance with directions or recommendations for nearby activities. Plus, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi!

The beds could use some improvement. They were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, surrounded by a peaceful nature. the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was modern and well, equipped, with complimentary toiletries. the breakfast was delicious and included continental and Japanese options. We appreciated the excellent service by the staff, who were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the on, site facilities, such as the relaxing hot spring bath and the fitness center.

The Wi, Fi connection was a bit intermittent in some areas.
